PathHunter eXpress β-Arrestin Kits for Caliper LabChip are configured in an ultra-convenient, ready-to-assay format that includes both a Fluorescent Detection Reagent Kit and a separate panel of β-Arrestin GPCR cell lines. Each cell line (packaged as 2 vials of 1 X 106 cells per vial) is provided in a Passage Limited format such that cells are biologically active but do not divide. The Detection Reagent Kit contains everything you need to perform the assay on a Caliper LabChip 3000 or LabChip EZ Reader/EZ Reader II microfluidics instrument. Kits are formatted for either 1-target or 4-target detection, allowing maximum flexibility in creating customer-specific panel composition. All assays are functionally validated on the EZ Reader II instrument and formatted for convenient, 96-well plate analyses.
