cAMP Hunter eXpress GPCR Assays are configured in an ultra-convenient, ready-to-assay format that includes fully characterized cAMP Hunter cells combined with optimized chemiluminescent detection reagents, media and plates. Each cell line (packaged as 2 vials of 3.75 X 106 cells per vial) is provided in a passage limited format such that cells are biologically active but do not divide. The convenient, ready-to-assay eXpress format combined with a simple, optimized protocol and chemiluminescent detection reagents lets you focus on results instead of tedious and time consuming assay development. Assays have been designed for 96-well plate analysis.
