PathHunter eXpress GPCR Kits are configured as a Detection Kit and a panel of separate GPCR cell lines. Each Cell Line is provided in a Passage Limited format. The cells are biologically active but do not divide. Cells are provided in 2 vials of 1 X 106 cells per vial. The Detection kit contains everything else you need to perform the assay. This arrangement allows the end-user maximum flexibility in creating panel composition. The 4-target kit allows for the selection of 4 different GPCR cell lines.
