DiscoveRx introduces a novel NHR assay based on our core PathHunter™ assay platform. The assay utilizes a protein-protein interaction between the full-length NHR and a nuclear cofactor; which occurs prior to initiation of gene transcription. Unlike lengthy reporter gene assays the NHRPRO assay only requires ~ 6 hours. The technology is applicable to virtually all NHRs and is highly specific for the receptor of interest.
